Inside the Lines Speciality Designer Paper - Rainfores Cheers Card

No frills with this card! This is from one of the sections (4x6") that I coloured using Stampin' Up! new Watercolour Pencils and blended with SU Blender Pens. Before assembling  I stamped 'cheers' using the Layering Alphabet Stamp Set directly onto the coloured section, I matted it with Smoky Slate and adhered it to an Early Espresso card base.
