This card uses the stamp sets - Number of Years with matching framelits and the Balloon Celebration with the matching punch.
I used Mint Macaron with Emerald Envy, Sweet Sugarplum, and Tempting Turquoise inks.
The Silver Metallic Thread balloon strings were secured with an Emerald Envy ruched ribbon on a glue dot.
The 5 from the Large Number Framelits was cut from Silver Glimmer Paper.
The inside of the card was decorated too. The balloons were stamped with Mint Macaroon and the sentiment with Emerald Envy.
