This card is similar to my previous card. There are five basic differences for you to spot!
The DSP layer is different, changed the sentiment, the flower layout is different, the Whisper White layer is smaller and I swapped rhinestones for pearls.

Blooms and Bliss Suite
It is a two-step stamp set with 14 photopolymer stamps and combines with co-ordinating designer paper, cardstock pack, choice of new ribbon and Pearl Basics.
Loved what I saw in the catalogue, so I made that my starting
point.
There's no problems with working out colour combinations as all colour used in the DSP are listed on the pack. I did find Island Indigo a little dark, so I stamped off to get a lighter shade.
My layout isn't exactly as in the catalogue on page 138. It's always too stressful trying to copy exactly. I stamped the background and then added some flowers with dimensionals that I had cut out.
I also loved the scrunched ribbon trim. Initially I just attached the ribbon with some Tear and Tape, but it just popped off the next day. So I re-attached with some spaced out glue dots. Worked well.

Swirly Bird - Birthday Greetings
I love the combination of Soft Sky, Mint Macaron, Sweet Sugarplum and Old Olive.
To make the rose I stamped the solid shape, adhered the swirly cutout and completed it with Pearl Basic Jewels.
The birthday sentiment is from Wetlands.
The ribbon is the new Sheer Linen Ribbon in Mint Macaron.

Swirly Bird - Window Pop-Out Card
I thought I would do something different - a creative fold.
Stamp sets used - Swirly Bird and Better Together
Card base -Blushing Bride 8x5 1/2" folded in half.
Cut window from base using square framelit.
Cut 2 more squares, one in Sweet Sugarplum and the other in Whisper White. Trim the Whisper White down 1/8th" on all sides and adhere to the Sweet Sugarplum layer after stamping.
I also cut a small piece of matching Ruched ribbon and stapled (left top corner) to Sweet Sugarplum. Hide stample below stamped layer.
Cut a piece of Whisper White 8x5 1/4". Score at 2", 4", and 6". complete all stamping before folding.
Adhere forth panel to card base, allowing a 1/8th border. Cut down first score line to bottom of window. The remaining becomes a tab, fold back and adhere to front. Adds to stability when opening and closing card.
Close card and place square section back in window. Adhere in place.
Hope that all made sense! If not I am putting together a PDF sheet which I can send to you.

Thankful Thoughts - Swirly Thanks
I used my favourite colour again - Sweet Sugarplum. Can't put this ink away. I teamed it with Blushing Bride, Soft Sky, Elegant Eggplant, and Old Olive. I added some Sweet Sugarplum enamel dots or Wink of Stella to complete the flowers.

Thankful Thoughts - A Swirly Note of Thanks

Thankful Thoughts Suite
The catalogue sets out how this stamp set can be used with the new In Color products - Designer Series Paper Stack, Ruched Ribbon and the Enamel Shapes. Loving them all but please just don't think that they are only to use with gift making.
The stamp set is described as 'gratitude with attitude' in a very positive up lifting way and is very versatile. There are 10 rubber stamps of different sizes and script which can be used by themselves or paired together.
I whipped up this little thank you card using Night of Navy, Whisper White and Sweet Sugarplum colour scheme. So simple to make. Made a 4" square card which was background stamped with clusters of tiny flowers from Botanical Blooms stamp set. Stamped the thank you, cut it out with a circle thinlit, sponged the edges, adhered to a doily and finished with a basic rhinestone.

Die Brush with Foam Mat
If you have intricate dies, this is a must have tool. I love it!
Place the die on the foam mat (as in photo) and run the brush over the framelit a few times. The cut die literally jumps out in one piece. No more trying to poke through the tiny holes to push the die out without damaging it.
It works wonderfully with my Swirly Scribbles Thinlits.

Swirly Bird - 2nd Birthday Card
This card uses the Swirly Bird stamp set and Swirly Scribbles Thinlits Dies. You can make a 10% saving by purchasing them in a bundle. I have enjoyed using this set more than I thought and I still yet to use all of the stamp images.
Today's card uses the little boat which I stamped and fussy cut out. I had fun with using the swirly lines to make the water. I cut one from Whisper White and ended up discarding it, but used what was left for the layer on which the sun was stamped. It was adhered to a Marina Mist card base. A smaller swirl was stamped as well and adhere with a dimensional onto the larger swirl sun using So Saffron ink. Swirly lines were cut from Marina Mist and adhered to the card base matching with the white section. Another swirly line was cut from Dapper Denim but I only used the little sections that fall from the die. These were placed back and adhered into the Marina Mist Swirly lines. I hope that was clear. Just refer back to the card.
Two circles were cut and layered. I used another stamp set - Number of Years with the co-ordinating Large Numbers framelits to complete.

Ruched Ribbon in In-Colours
Swirly Birds - Hooray
Today's card features one of the new in-colours - Peekaboo Peach, stamps from two new stamp sets and the gorgeous new ruched ribbon. I stamped a decorative panel using a combination of swirly stamps from Swirly Birds. It was then adhered to a Peekaboo Peach card base. The ribbon was adhered next. A circle was cut out using a circle framelit from Whisper White cardstock. It was stamped with a selection of stamps from the Perfectly Wrapped stamp set.

Swirly Bird - For You Roses
This card came about playing with colour - what would look good with Sweet Sugarplum? In this card I used Sweet Sugarplum, Emerald Envy and Wisteria Wonder. In some instances the inks were stamped off to achieve a lighter tone.
The 'For You' sentiment is from the Perfectly Wrapped stamp set.

Fine-Tip Glue Pen
I have found this to be another must have product. It was the perfect adhesive for my card today - sticking down the Swirly Scribble rose on my card today; It is perfect for adhering small embellishments, glitter and delicate paper cutouts. Inside the cap there is a pin to keep the tip clear and prevents drying.
I added this glue to my collection of adhesives after making my Emerald Envy Swirly Scribbles faux embossed card. I had cut out lots of the scribbles using the thinlits and gluing them onto the card with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. This is usually my choice of adhesive as it has both a narrow and broad tip for glueing cardstock, glitter, and other embellishments. It has a strong bond and dries clear. But what I found was that some of the glue seeped out and although it dried clear, it had a little unwanted sheen to it when dried.
